DMCA / Copyright Takedown Policy
JunkyTrunk (junkytrunk.com) respects copyright laws and responds to valid takedown requests under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). Since we only link to and embed videos hosted by third parties, removing a listing here means the listing on our site is taken down. The actual video stays with the host, who should also be contacted if you want it removed.
How to send a takedown notice
Send your notice to our designated Copyright Agent using the contact form at contact page. Your notice must include:
- The URL of each JunkyTrunk listing you want removed
- A clear description of the copyrighted work you own
- Your contact information
- A statement that you believe in good faith the material is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner
- Your physical or electronic signature
What happens after you send a notice
We review complete notices within a few business days and remove the listed content. If your notice is missing information, we’ll ask you to provide it. Users who repeatedly infringe copyrights are removed from our index. If you believe a removal was mistaken, you can submit a counter-notice under § 512(g) through the same contact form.
